Service launched to help implement EPA Refrigerant regulations

In an attempt to raise awareness of EPA regulations and enforcements, Environmental Support Solutions has announced their new Compliance Information Service. The service is intended to help a company’s team through the process of implementing a compliance program. It also provides ongoing refrigerant regulation updates, changes, and other necessary compliance information.

The EPA is increasing enforcement activity for violations of Refrigerant Regulations under the Clean Air Act Title VI. These increases in EPA enforcement actions, in addition to tougher EPA refrigerant regulations, are part of a national strategy by the EPA to strengthen enforcement of federal refrigerant regulations.
