Siberian fires declared global disaster
Forest fires that have been burning for three months have been declared a "global disaster" by UN experts.
The fires have already affected an area the size of Switzerland in the Siberina Taiga, which is twice the size of the Amazon rainforest and contains around one quarter of the world’s timber reserves.
