The London-based firm said today (September 21) it been listed as the fastest growing private renewable energy company in the UK, for the second consecutive year, by the Sunday Times Tech Track 100.

It is in fact the fifth time the photovoltaic (PV) designer and installer has featureed on the Tech Track 100.

And with sales growth of 37% a year and revenue jumping from £19.4m in 2008 to £50.3m in 2011 the future is looking good for the firm.

Solarcentury chief executive, Derry Newman, said: “We believe we have now developed more solar products which replace building materials than anyone else.

“That gives building owners more choice than ever in generating their own clean energy.”
