The Sustainable Business Covered podcast returns to bring more exclusive interviews and insight from the world of sustainability. Episode 43 sees the team travel to Birmingham for the flagship edie Live event.

Three exclusive interviews were recorded on location. Firstly, William Jackson Food Group’s sustainability director Gavin Milligan and Adnams’ head of sustainability and finance Richard Carter discuss the importance of making water a key sustainability priority.

Following that discussion, Futurra’s co-founder Solitaire Townsend outlines the essential skills needed to become a “sustainability superhero” and the dangers of communicating inside “echo chambers”. Finally, edie sits down with members of Global Action Plan’s Youth Advisory Panel to talk prenups and building trust between businesses and the next generation of consumers.

The podcast also explores the success stories and innovations of the week, as well as a special quiz that investigates how sustainable the Russia 2018 World Cup really is.
