Firstly, Asia Pulp & Paper’s European director of sustainability & stakeholder outreach, Dr Liz Wilks, and European director of sustainability & stakeholder engagement, Lee Henderson, discuss the how the firm is combatting deforestation as part of a holistic and human-based approach to supply chains.
Later on, edie speaks with construction firm Balfour Beatty’s head of sustainable procurement, Aaron Reid, on how the ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standard transformed internal purchasing conversations.
edie’s reporter Sarah George then talks to AkzoNobel Decorative Paints’ global director, supplier development and sustainability, Alain Mimeault, to discuss the firm’s approach to supply chain transparency and resiliency.
Innocent Drinks’ ethical trade and sustainability officer, Katie Leggett, provides an overview of the key material impacts that the firm is hoping to mitigate through a supplier engagement drive.
