John outlines his experience in helping to embed sustainability across the business – an approach many firms are striving for in a bid to drive engagement among staff, accelerate progress towards key targets and adopt a purpose-led ethos. 

He then goes on to give a more detailed account of the firm’s approaches to sustainable supply chains, low-plastic packaging and communicating with consumers, as well as key learnings from these processes that can be taken on board by listeners.
