Pakawaste scores in new Arsenal stadium development

Pakawaste, a leading manufacturer and supplier of waste handling equipment, in particular waste compactors and balers, alongside construction company, Sir Robert McAlpine, has played a major part in the waste transfer site project which has been in progress for more than two years.

A six-strong team from Preston has recently been based in Islington working on the installation of six transfer station waste compactors at the site. A team in Preston has also been involved in the complete design, engineering and manufacture of the machines which has all been managed from Pakawaste headquarters in Preston.
Malcolm Moon, Pakawaste’s Technical Director, who has been responsible for overseeing the whole project, said: “This project has given the Pakawaste team the chance to display its abilities and expertise as a specialist company within the waste handling and management industry.

“Because of its in-house design abilities Pakawaste is able to work within any industry. The company is able to supply a comprehensive range of industrial compactors, balers, shredders, drumkrushers, wheeled bin compactors, bin washers, lifting and tipping equipment, bins and other waste handling ancillary equipment.
