This course offers an overview of key steps in developing an energy management strategy as part of the organisational energy management practices. An understanding of the drivers and various approaches to setting the strategy will be explored. The aspects of an essential energy management strategy: scope, baseline, targets and resources, achieving the target, monitoring, targeting and control, behavioural change, efficiency, reporting and reviewing will also be taken into consideration.
