UPS to deliver greener packaging

The United Parcel Service is to reduce the amount of material used in its packaging, thus helping the environment and saving the company more than $1million a year.


UPS has worked with the Alliance for Environmental Innovation to change UPS’ package production processes. The changes are expected to save the company more than $1 million annually. The packaging improvements follow the introduction of a reusable envelope earlier this year.
