David Smith

David Smith is chief strategy officer at MWH, now part of Stantec. David has particular expertise in the link between water and energy, environmental protection and climate change. David holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Bristol and completed the Programme for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
