Leaders debate the carbon question The latest WWT Round Table took place in London on 21 February 2012. Participants discussed the question - Carbon: what are the water industry's leaders doing to balance the budget? The closed debate was chaired by Bob Baty OBE, former chief executive of South West Water, and is sponsored by Black & Veatch.
