Leaders debate the carbon question The latest WWT Round Table took place in London on 21 February 2012. Participants discussed the question - Carbon: what are the water industry's leaders doing to balance the budget? The closed debate was chaired by Bob Baty OBE, former chief executive of South West Water, and is sponsored by Black & Veatch. Participants included Ofwat's chief engineer, Mark Worsfold; Piers Clark, commercial director, Thames Water; Mike Pedley, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water's head of energy; Graham Dixon, director of production at Yorkshire Water Environment Agency head of water, Ian Barker and Bruce Ainsworth, executive managing director, Black & Veatch.
