Nikki King, who has been awarded an OBE for her services to industry, heads up commercial vehicle distributor Isuzu Truck (UK), a company that serves the municipal waste collection market with its range of trucks.
Having worked her way up the business ladder in a male-dominated industry, Nikki’s rise to the top has been meteoric, but for the programme she returns to the shop floor at dealership level as ‘Pauline’ to gain a new insight and understanding into what makes her company tick.
