Evergreen Resources consultant achieves distinction in REC course

Evergreen Resources (tel: 01256 314620) senior consultant, Jonathan Hale, has been awarded a distinction on completion of his Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Award. To obtain this prestigious industry qualification, Jonathan successfully completed a six-month distance learning course. This consisted of four modules and a two hour long exam covering: background on the industry, recruitment legislation and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Reflecting on the course, Jonathan concludes: “The REC Award is of great value to both the company and the individual. It increases awareness of the whole recruitment process and makes you a more efficient consultant. In particular, it was useful to study the latest employment legislation.”
