Kerbside Recycling introduces Multi Loader 6

The modular design allows a variety of body and binlift options suitable for installation on a wide variety of chassis cabs ranging from 7.5 tonne to 18 tonne gvw.

Recyclable materials are loaded into panniers, lifted by a series of binlifts and emptied into individual stillage boxes with no risk of material contamination.

The stillage boxes are removed by a forklift truck fitted with an attachment, which allows material discharge through the stillage floor. The system allows unloading directly into disposal skips eliminating the need for double handling the materials.

Kerbside Recycling says that innovative design criteria have been applied in all areas of the body and stillage manufacture giving an improved payload capacit. Both narrow and full width bodies are available.

Vital to the system are high cycle binlifts; both single and double pannier options are available dependent on individual customer requirements. The lifts are of a bolt-on design, have a fully galvanised finish and are fitted with grease-less bushes to pivot point for long life, low maintenance durability.

The system allows the crew to empty the materials into the stillage boxes whilst other crew members are loading into the remaining panniers resulting in a fast and efficient cycle.

A number of Kerbside Multi Loaders have already been sold to UK councils and repeat orders have already been achieved, the company states.

Considerable interest in the product was expressed at the exhibition says Kerbside Recycling. The unit on display was a Multi Loader 6 (6 box system), 22m3 body capacity fitted with four independent binlifts.

The bodywork is mounted on a Seddon Atkinson Euro Mover low entry cab, 18 tonne gvw.
