First up, Sarah visits the Economist Summit to speak to UPS’s director of sustainability for Europe, Peter Harris, to discuss emissions-free logistics and how the company plans to redefine its role in the cities of the future.

We stay with Sarah for the second interview of the episode, as Mars’ global vice president for sustainability, Kate Wylie, explains how science-based targets can enable businesses to deliver their fair share of the contribution towards the Paris Agreement.

Up next, Matt visits the ING offices to find out how an innovative “Terra approach” is helping the banking giant decarbonise finance portfolios in line with the global climate accord with the company’s global head of sustainable finance, Leonie Schreve.

Finally, The Carbon Trust’s chief executive Tom Delay is on hand to offer insight on how companies can better communicate their climate and low-carbon strategies during an era of public awareness that has been dominated by the plastics issue.
