From perovskite solar cells to waste-sucking rubbish bins, edie's latest report profiles 10 potentially game-changing green innovations, which will also be showcased in the Mission Possible Innovation Centre at edie Live next week (22-23 May)

The edie Insight report, published today (17 May), explores 10 trailblazing products and initiatives that hold the potential to help us achieve Mission Possible: a sustainable future for our planet.

Innovations covered in the report include the UK’s first blockchain energy trading platform; post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and a pollution-absorbing bench with the power of 275 trees.

Perhaps you’re eager to tackle the plastics problem. Maybe you’re searching for a new technology which could enhance your energy strategy. Or you might be looking to pioneer a new approach to green buildings or sustainable mobility. Whatever your sustainability challenge, this report will show you some solutions.

The report, which brings together some of the best green innovations covered be edie’s editorial team over the past year, has been inspired by Mission Possible – edie’s brand new campaign which seeks to empower and inspire sustainability, energy and resource efficiencyprofessionals to achieve a sustainable future for their business.

The 10 innovations explored in the report are being showcased in the dedicated Mission Possible Innovation Centre at edie Live 2018.
