The Sustainability Leaders Awards ceremony will take place on the evening of 5 February 2020 at the Park Plaza London Westminster

Now in their 13th year, the Sustainability Leaders Awards recognise and reward changemakers within business. From the best efficiency programmes through to product innovations; from stakeholder engagement and social sustainability schemes through to the individual energy and sustainability leaders who are making change happen.

Our panel of 18 independent expert judges met for a full day of judging where they whittled down more than 300 entries to a shortlist of 180 finalists across 22 categories. This includes a number of new categories that were added this year to widen the scope of the awards – including Investor of the Year and SME of the Year.

The Awards ceremony, which will reveal our winners, takes place at Park Plaza London Westminster on Wednesday 5 February 2020. It is highly recommended that you book your place at the Awards before the early-bird booking rate expires on 6 December (premium tables are limited).

Commenting on the shortlist announcement, edie's content director Luke Nicholls said: "The past year has shown us numerous examples of organisations going to great lengths to drive the green industrial revolution, not just from within their own operations but also through new collaborations and sector-wide commitments.

"Nowhere is this revolutionary ethos more evident than on the shortlist of edie’s 2020 Sustainability Leaders Awards. All of this year's finalists have shifted from talking about ambitious sustainability initiatives to delivering them at scale and at pace. And in many cases, they’re already seeing a huge return on investment.

"On behalf of the entire edie team, I would like to congratulate all of this year's finalists – we look forward to celebrating with you on 5 February 2020 at the Park Plaza London Westminster."
