PAKISTAN: Army asked to collect water debts

The city of Dera has asked the army to collect outstanding payments of PKR30 million (euros 500,000) from users of the city's water system.

City officials also demanded a PKR 50 million grant for for clean drinking water, sanitation and primary education, and the city’s sewerage system an “A-bomb” because of the use of substandard materials.
