In an interview with edie Dr Thomas Fischer, the man charged with championing energy efficiency at Sony Europe, called for an industry-wide carbon footprint standard.

In the interview Dr Fischer says: “Measurement of a carbon footprint is extremely difficult as the supply, chain is very deep.
“We need a universal carbon footprint calculation as currently there’s no standard, there needs to be standardisation.”
