Taking place at the Sustainability Leaders Forum earlier this month (8-9) March, the SustyTalk Live series is an evolution of edie’s traditional SustyTalk interviews. At the Forum, edie coupled together delegates to discuss an array of topics, ranging from technology and innovation to purpose and strategy.
First up on the SustyTalk sofa, edie’s content editor Matt Mace spoke with Abel & Cole’s head of sustainability Stefanie Sahmel and finance director Jeanette Wong on how the company managed to place sustainability into the heart of financial discussions.
During the interview, both Sahmel and Wong outlined how they both came to develop an interest in sustainability and how this has enabled the company’s sustainability ambitions to become integrated in key decision making areas.
