Once again edie is teaming up with Environment Business magazine to quiz consultancies about their performance, reputation and how they compare with their competitors.

Response in previous years has been overwhelming, and the survey is unique in that it gives clients as well as the consultants themselves a chance to have their say.

By being open to everyone, the survey provides data that gives a real picture of what people are thinking on the ground, rather than just the official line.

The survey shows what is hot and what is not in the environment sector, tracks rising stars and highlighting the big players’ rightful place in the pantheon of top consultancies.

It also gives consultants an insight into what clients really care about. Is it all about price, for example, and do customers rank after care above office location?

Consultancy covers a huge slice of the environmental business sector, and is set to continue its meteoric rise as more regulations and legislation filter down from Brussels and Westminster and industry needs advice on how to comply.
