Latest algal bloom in Florida

Following the discovery of a fresh algal bloom fish kill in Florida's St. Lucie River, scientists have announced they have found a species of algae in the state with similar characteristics to the deadly species (Pfiesteria piscicida) that is devastating the Maryland fish and tourist industries in North Carolina.
