The 10-minute survey explores the opportunities, priorities and commitments that are enabling businesses to achieve a low-carbon, resource efficient and profitable future, today.

This survey is part of Mission Possible – edie's brand new campaign for 2018. The 'mission' is for businesses to achieve a sustainable future, and our campaign will prove that this mission is 'possible' by inspiring and empowering readers to scale-up action across all areas of sustainable development.

How committed is your organisation to renewable energy and science-based targets? How are you planning to bridge the gap between ambition and action on the Sustainable Development Goals? And who inspires you the most when it comes to adopting a leadership position on corporate sustainability? The Mission Possible survey is your opportunity to tell us exactly what a sustainable future looks like for your organisation.

The results of this survey will help to inform the inaugural Mission Possible report, which is being officially launched at edie Live 2018 on 22-23 May. Individual survey responses will be kept anonymous, and all respondents will be given an exclusive first view of the Mission Possible report ahead of its official launch.

The Mission Possible report will be edie's biggest yet, including a mix of exclusive thought-leadership articles, high-profile video interviews and inspiring case studies. Confirmed report contributors include The Climate Group, the Business Commission for Sustainable Development, the World Green Building Council, BT, Carlsberg and Landsec.

Mission Possible is based on five key themes related to the future of sustainable business: Energy; Resources; The Built Environment; Mobility; and Business Leadership. The campaign is being delivered through a variety of digital and face-to-face formats throughout 2018, beginning with the Mission Possible report launch at edie Live.

Mission Possible at edie Live 2018

Mission Possible is the premise of edie Live 2018 – edie's flagship exhibition taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 22-23 May. 

The five key pillars of Mission Possible will be discussed throughout the two days across the Sustainability Keynote stage and practical Seminar theatres. Meanwhile, a range of Mission Possible Workshops will encourage co-creation among visitors to tackle live sustainability challenges, and the Mission Possible Innovation Centre will showcase the some of the best solutions to achieve a sustainable future, today.
